Our birth energy is the energetic imprinting we receive through the process of our gestational period and birth. We receive these imprints several ways - through the attitudes and beliefs of our culture and Collective Consciousness (such as the energetic patterns of struggle and pain,) generational (the imprints of our ancestors that are passed through our DNA,) and through our own experiences during our time in the womb and our birthing process. These energetic imprints set up key behavioral and thought patterns and programs that we then start to unconsciously act out throughout our life.
You will be guided through the use of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and guided meditation to work with your birth imprinting. Clearing your birth energy imprinting is one of THE most important steps you can take for your emotional healing and wellness.
